Don Hiller Plumbing and Heating has been involved with Solar Heat since 2007. The company has installed a Solar heating system that heats the homes hot water, heat for the house, and can also be used to heat pools during the summer. What is unique about Solar Heating Systems is that you do not always need sunlight to collect heat from your system.
Don Hiller Plumbing and Heating has been installing high efficiency equipment in homes and business's for years. After initially speaking with Don, he had his son Dan come out to my house within a couple days. Dan was very nice and professional and explained what he was going to do or try to do. After a week Don called with a couple options for my furnace and gave me the fees for both options. Another week later Dan was at my house and had my new furnace installed before the cold weather started. He was so reliable and when he said he would be at my house at a certain time, he was. It was a stressful time and he made the process so easy.

Called these guys back in October. Couldn't get them to answer so I left a message, never responded. After a few calls I spoke with someone who said they would call me back in a few weeks. Never called back. Called them again several times and no one picked up, left a message asking to call back. Never called back, still can't get anyone to pick up the phone or call me back.
These guys must be so busy they don't need your business, so don't bother. This was all just for yearly maintenance, I can't imagine being blown off by these guys if I actually had a problem.

Would not recommend at all. Ryan came out for a consult. We have a shower that leaks into a closet. He was nice, seemed knowledgeable. He told me I'd have 3 options to fix the shower and he'd get back to me with pricing after he called his parts person. 3 weeks goes by. I called left messages. A week later Don (the dad) calls and says he found the shower base we needed."Great! What's total cost of parts/labor and when can we get on your calendar? " He said he'd get back to me but never did. My husband called a couple of more times. Why bother coming out to a consult and then ghost someone? HUGE
