Our Stevens Home in Majestic Oaks is 5 years old and with hurricane Florence we had to evacuate. We were sure we'd have damage. I got home today to find not a single thing out of place and no damage while homes built by other builders had some significant damage. The majority of your house will generally have little issues however, the fine details are glaringly overlooked. Parts were installed incorrectly, all the interior banisters, trim and door frames were completely chewed up by the saws and not even attempted to be repaired. One of the guest bedroom doors is too small for the frame and doesnt close. The master bathroom flooring is bubbling and coming apart.
All of these were day one issues and document on the final walk through and at the one year inspection. Unfortunately Stevens will pick and choose which issues they fix and none of these are going

McLain was great at helping us get our dream home. She answered all my questions and made the process very easy.The builder; Starr, was awesome as well. Very hands on and always supervising everything to make sure all is going well. I absolutely recommend using stevens fine homes.

My family bought a Steven's home 11 years ago and were very pleased so it was an easy decision to deal with Steven's again when we decided to upgrade. We enjoyed every aspect of the experience, from the house to the Steven's team! McLain, Jeremy and Buzz were awesome and made the stress of buying a home comfortable and friendly! Stevens Fine Homes built our new home and we are thrilled with the work that was done. McLain Stratas was our wonderful new home specialist. She was always very responsive and knowledgeable about the whole process and she kept us informed about every detail along the way. While there were things we wished we could have changed or added in the process, we are overall very pleased with our home and the professional courtesy that Stevens Fine Homes provided.

My wife and I are so pleased with our new home Stevens home. It is well built, has quality finishes and the value per square foot is unsurpassed. McLain and Jeremy at Stevens are professional, responsive and at the ready to solve any problem or answer any question. We have had many homes built over the years and we are happy to say the Stevens Fine Homes building experience was by far the best.

We've been in our new home for a few months now and everything has been good. The process was easy and our build was quick. Everyone with Stevens has been great. Along the way we've had some small questions about how some of things work in our home (sprinklers, etc) and I have to recognize that Dennis has been beyond helpful to us with our inquiries. He's always polite and has reached out to us after helping just to make sure that we are all set. It's nice to see him around the neighborhood. My wife and I have worked in customer service for over 40 years combined and Dennis is spot on with the

We purchased our home and lived in NY at the time. Christine, Randall and Jeremy and the entire Steven's Fine Home team were amazing.
From start to finish the entire home building process was great.
We had a virtual initial work through with Jeremy and our Real Estate Broker and everything was great. Christine always sent me progress photos every week and Jeremy answered all our questions.
The entire team was so professional, punctual and very responsive throughout the entire process.

We just finished our one year walk through and were very satisfied with the job Kenny did scheduling the repairs and going above and beyond to make sure the work was done right. We love our home and building from over 800 miles away was at times a daunting task. There were a few items we weren't advised we could make changes to or add things but overall we are happy with what we chose. If you are lucky enough to have your walk through with Kenny, rest assured you will be very happy with the outcome.
