DO NOT USE Ram. Terrible!
Our builder, KHov, uses Ram industries to install windows. Ram buys the windows from a window manufacturer and then just bills KHov. KHov has a builder warranty for 1 year and a manufacturer warranty for 10 years. When the seal broke on a double pane window, Ram needed to install it but first order if from the original manufacturer. Ram took our money ($285) on September 1. I was told it would take 5 weeks to get the window. After 5 weeks, I called Roger at Ram for a status check and was told they haven't been able to get in touch with the manufacturer who they

Raw material are nice however installation is poor and very deceptive. Could be a good product for a new build be terrible for replacement windows. The sales rep never advised that installers would leave a huge mess of exposed trim wood, nails, holes, etc. They basically busted out old windows with no finesse, shoved new windows in and left. This process was not advised prior to order. Complaints to sales rep and manager did not rectify. This is why they insist on 100% payment up front before they arrive on site, no one would pay for this poor work.
