Superb!! I worked with TVL Creative for a major renovation of our kitchen, master bathroom, and main floor bathroom. This was my first time doing a renovation and I couldn't have asked for better people to work with on these projects. They took away any nervousness I had about the renovation. Crystal was very detailed and creative and on top of every idea, decision, delivery, install, etc. She was in constant communication with me and I never felt as though I didn't know what was going on. TVL Creative (specifically Ashley and our contractor, Ian) were amazing! They took what was a disaster of a space (our kitchen) which we avoided at all costs, and turned it into the center of home and our most social space. Ashley had terrific ideas which kept the integrity of our historic home, but brought it into the 21st century. She met and exceeded all of our expectations and Ian's work completely realized her vision. Not only that, but every deadline was met, budgets were kept, and we literally could not be happier with the results! Thank you TVL!

I just needed some help choosing colors and envisioning a new "look" for a somewhat minor kitchen upgrade, so I chose to have a pay-by-the-hour consultation. A local tile store offered free consultations, but having done that for our past bathroom remodel, I knew their expertise was narrower in scope and limited to what they had in stock.
Enter Faris and her great ideas! She suggested a color to paint our cabinets that would tie into an existing island we had. She had an idea for backsplash that would coordinate, and also not immediately look dated once the current style became yesterday

Crystal at TVL is a true visionary and clearly has a joy and passion for her work. That comes through in the design, in her management of the job and the dedication to each of her projects. I have always gone the DIY route, preferring to be in control and not "get ripped off". I only wish I'd found TVL before completing most of my home. The work they've done on the full/main bath in my home has transformed my entire upper floor. I just love it - and there was not a single moment when I didn't feel like I wasn't their most important client (even though I know I was one of many!) Highest recommendation

Have you ever thought back on a home project and could list a few things you would have done different? I definitely have but NOT about hiring and working with TVL Creative for my "big to me" kitchen remodel project.
I researched design and design/build companies for several months and had 6 come out for estimates. I knew I would have to chose wisely because I would be busy with work and hobbled from foot surgery and would have very little time to manage the remodel. I had so many fears in not making the right choice, and to be honest, was hesitant about TVL at first

Using this company is not a pleasant experience. A three week project turned into three plus month project and I had to pursue my own county permits. The "designer/project manager" did not follow up or oversee the permits. I was promised a start date which was delayed by more than a week. During our initial planning meeting several project requirements were discussed. Our initial discussions included a bench in the shower, the shower was built without a bench. A type of toilet had been discussed the toilet which arrived had to be returned. The tile chosen by the "

We hired TVL to help with renovating our first floor (kitchen, family, bathroom). Faris was our designer and we were very excited and thrilled with her design ideas. The project turned out aesthetically beautifully, however, the process had some glitches. Faris was willing to answer questions throughout the process and was polite and helpful, but her overall knowledge of construction, quality, and drawings made for some frustrating bumps along the way.
