My experience with Carpet Outlet was positive from start to finish. Vladimir was very helpful and patient with me as I decided which carpet to get. The install team was prompt, friendly and efficient. They moved the furniture and replaced it after doing an excellent job with the installation. They cleaned up their mess and hauled everything away. I highly recommend Carpet Outlet and would use them again in the future.

I contacted Carpet Outlet for a quote to replace the carpet in a townhouse I wanted to sell. The owner (Vlad) was able to come out two days later to give me a quote. They had the best price and did not try to upsell me. Quote was received Friday, carpet was installed Monday. I was not at the property and was able to pay online and they sent me video of the rooms after they were finished. Vlad was wonderful to work with and very responsive. I highly recommend Carpet Outlet.

Based on my recent experience with Carpet Outlet, I would highly recommend them for your next carpet installation. The owner, Vlad, responded quickly to my request for an estimate and met with us personally. He was very professional and courteous in his approach and provided us with solid advice regarding our choice of carpet. When it came time for the installation, the installers showed up on time and were friendly, conscientious, detail oriented and provided us with an excellent installation.
