I called for an estimate for new floors, and the guy couldn't make it out for a couple of weeks due to the holidays. He called the day of the estimate to postpone to the next day. I could have lived with this, as he was professional when he was there; however, he took measurements for an estimate and then I never heard from him again! I am not chasing down a contractor - if they do not want the work then I am happy to find someone else. I just wish this guy had told me this right off the bat instead of wasting my time.

I reached out to Amazonia floors about replacing part of my hardwood floors. Sebastian, the owner came out for a quote within two days after my call. He was able to send me the quote the same day and schedule my repair for the next week. The crew arrived on time and they were very professional. The floors were a perfect match!

Sebastian and his team were amazing. They were very respectful of my home and finished the work professionally and ahead of schedule. They had planned for three days but only had to come back on the third day for about an hour to finalize a very tricky portion of the install that had to do with a stairway railing over a very large opening. All the other contractors I requested quotes from mulled over the complicated stair railings while Amazonia simply quoted and tackled it (Two companies didn't even provide a quote). I would hire them again in a second and quite honestly, wish they did

What an amazing company. Sebastian and his crew did a fantastic job installing Coretec flooring on our basement steps and landing. There was a little measurement snafu at the beginning but Sebastian jumped right in, made the correction and everything looks great! You would be hard pressed nowadays to find a contractor that takes so much pride in their work and care for their employees. I highly recommend Amazonia Floors!

Sebastian really went above and beyond in every way. Not only did he and his team do an amazing job on the floors, but he was incredibly easy to work with. He was always quick to answer my phone calls and texts which I've found is incredibly rare for contractors. And the fact that he got the job done in one day meant that the disruption to our normal lives was minimal. Will definitely be working with Amazonia Floors again in the future.

I love, love, love my floors! It was a pleasure working with Sebastian (Junior) and his team. Very professional and skilled, and so nice! Sebastian is a thorough gentleman; he was very helpful and even had his crew do a couple minor extra jobs for my condo. I appreciated that he kept his appointments on time; if it took him a little while to respond its because he is a busy small-business owner.
