I was under a real time crunch with only 2 1/2 days between when I had access to my new house and when my movers were coming with my stuff. John Scavilla sent Franklin, his best guy, and one other guy and they got it done. I have already recommended Master Care to a former neighbor.

They did a great job on my 130 year old Heart Pine floors. I needed a recoat from the major job they did 7 years ago due to heavy use and they look great with the buff and recoat (did not have to be sanded again). They also did some repair and touch up in a couple small areas that had water damage, and they did a great job blending it in with the surrounding areas.

Just wanted to drop you a note to say what a terrific job your company does. The customer service I've received is over & above what would normally be expected and it does not go unnoticed. I had a great feeling about the initial meeting with Jay. The estimate was a bit higher than others I received. But Jay's attention to detail impressed me and I'm always willing to pay more for quality. Boy was I right! Jay has been a great resource & the follow up is amazing. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with MasterCare Flooring, especially since the company was highly recommended by a trusted friend. The problems started with simply trying to contact the company to schedule an estimate. On the day is the estimate, the MasterCare rep was two hours late to the appointment. He promises to email an estimate within 2-3 days, but more than a week later I still haven't received an estimate. What's more, I am unable to reach the rep directly or through MasterCare. This is a horrible way to do business. I'll be taking my business and dollars

Wow, I cannot say enough great things about MasterCare!! John (Sales) was friendly and knowledgeable. He patiently answered all of my questions thoroughly and kept me informed throughout the process. Jeremy and Ryan (Sanding/Refinishing) were incredible!! The repairs were flawless and the job was done on time and as scheduled. Plus they treated my home with such care. Suffice it to say I was extremely impressed. If I could give MasterCare 10 stars, I would. I will be recommending them to everyone I know.

Yet another fabulous job by MasterCare Flooring! MasterCare refinished the hardwood floors in our first house many years ago and did a fantastic job. In our new home, the floors were too damaged to be salvaged, so a total replacement was needed. John at MasterCare was INCREDIBLY PATIENT with me as I searched for just the right flooring - and then he found it for me and I couldn't be happier! Our walnut floors were installed last November, and we love them so much that we had the same flooring installed in our upstairs office last week. MasterCare is fantastic to work with -from start to finish

Recently had our carpets ripped up and hardwood floors refinished by Master Care Flooring. From start to finish they were professional. John came in and gave us our estimate but was very upfront with us on that that floor were covered in carpeting and without actually seeing everything his estimate was pending the carpet removal. As luck (bad) would have it we found out why the floor were always carpeted. The were improperly installed. No worries, John gave us an updated contract and work started immediately replacing the bad floors, matching the existing flooring in the hallway.; They did a phenomenal
