I was reluctant to reach out to a pest control company because of all the horror stories I'd previously heard of how you can end up with hidden costs and unnecessary treatments. Personal Pest Control has completely changed that perception for me. They do a great job of explaining costs upfront and not only do the treatment but educate. I had some questions and reservations which were thoroughly explained to me. They do not push services, they educate and allow you to make the final decision on what is best for you and your home. I highly recommend them.

Hired this service to address a bedbug issue. The owner assured me he would take care of the problem, and that it would require multiple sessions. After several treatments over 3 months, the bedbug problem persisted. When I called to let him know this, he stopped answering. When I used a friend's phone and let him know it was me, he hung up. Finally had to call a different exterminator who took care of the problem. Very dissatisfied with Personal Pest Control. If you need a good pest control service that will stand by their word, look elsewhere.
