I reached out to multiple lawn providers and Sam at Speno's was by far the most responsive of them all. Scheduling for both the consultation and the agreed upon work was a breeze. Sam's team completed a full removal of my existing front lawn, improved the top soil, and installed sod. His team was professional and everything was completed in a timely manner. No shortcuts and no gimmicks. There were no unforeseen fees or charges - only the agreed upon final cost. It's been over a week since the install and my lawn looks amazing. 100% would recommend Speno's Lawn Care to anyone looking to improve

Sam was quick to reply on Yelp, booked an appointment and showed up on time. He pitched a few ideas for what he could do with the yard and gave me quotes quickly. Price was very reasonable. Job was schedule a few days after the estimate and the job was done as expected. They cleaned up nicely and payment was easy. Very pleased with the experience, will be happy to recommend Speno to anyone

Guess they don't need the work right now. 10 days later from original request for a quote and still nothing. I am surprised, figured the other similar review was a "one off" but nope! Have other quotes lined up in case this guy flakes. Poor customer service.
Response: The facts remain. You text me early morning SIX days later saying "on my way." I'm not sure why you would think that would be okay to do without confirming my availability a week later!? Again, when I asked to actually schedule a date and time, another week goes by with no response. Word of mouth travels

After helping me with my sod, Sam is going to be my go-to for any future lawn care and landscaping needs. I waited a year before writing this review to see if the pavers they installed would hold up and the work is good! I took off 1 star because I asked for a tiny bit of extra work afterwards (paid of course) but I think the job was too small for them to come out do cut and put in 2 more pavers so they kept putting off my requests before I gave up. Also, this is more my fault than theirs, but I would recommend being very specific about the work you want completed. I asked for the pavers to be paved to a certain point and they did not install pavers completely flush to the end of my fence, i.e. they

These guys crushed it! Responded right away on Yelp. Showed up on time for the bid and work. Communication the whole time for a difficult brush and straw job for a big yard. Price was competitive. Went the extra mile on a Saturday in the hot sun. Will be using them exclusively going forward. Couldn't be happier with the result. 5 stars!

I started using Sam in May of 2018, and I have to say that each interaction has been nothing but professional. He is prompt in responding to my requests for ideas on how to make my yard better. In addition to basic yardwork (i.e. grass cutting/trimming/edging), we use him for other tasks such as spring/fall clean up, mulching/pine straw and most recently he and his team put down pea gravel on the area around my fire pit and along the walkway. And, we are currently trying to figure out what's next (:

Unfortunately, I reached out after seeing all of the great reviews and I've gotten no response. I reached out via the website for a quote twice and I left a message yesterday and called today. No response at all via any method of communication. I'd definitely adjust or remove the average response time. I understand that it is Spring and they are likely busy during the work day but with text, email, phone, etc. there's no excuse for the lack of response. Truly unfortunate. Based on the pics I thought I'd found a winner.
