We had an excellent experience with Schar. No high-pressure sales. Pablo spent a lot of time at our house. He listened to our concerns and answered all of our questions well. We were scheduled quickly. Gino and Christopher installed our units. They were very polite and professional. Quality workmanship!

We had an appliance fail with a water leak on a night after hours at our home. We would have been without water for showers, etc until a plumber came out to find our problem. Nate from Schar agreed to come out and check out our problem so that we could get on with our lives. He found our problem, got us back up and running in no time, and could not have been more professional.
Schar has a great text feature that showed us a picture of the technician who would be coming, about when he would be arriving, and where he was on his trip. No more wondering who will be coming and when he might arrive

Initially, I scheduled an appointment for servicing on my water heater, but when the day arrived for a technician to come out, no one showed up. I called Schar and the lady that took my call for the appointment apologized up and down about the mistake. Apparently I was never put on the schedule in the first place. So I gave the company another chance which the second the technician did come out. He was very professional. The visit last all of about 20 minutes and mind you I do live in Akron which is about 25 minutes from the Rittman/Wadsworth area and the bill was approximately $145. That is pretty

Our water heater started leaking. Schar promptly replied to a late Friday night email. I didn’t expect that. Stock item was confirmed and installed, within a few days. They were prompt, courteous, professional and thorough. Technicians were very easy to work with, and explained everything. We won’t hesitate to call on Schar again, or recommend their service to others.

Our AC went out and we had guests coming. They sent out a technician who was able to repair it until we could replace it. Then we woke up to water in the basement because the water heater had rusted out on the bottom. They were here within hours with a replacement. Their technicians are thorough and knowlegable. Their service fees were half of what other's were charging. We are very happy with the service we received and definately recommend Schar Heating and Cooling.

We have only had them one time. They found a leak in our heat exchanger. That explained why we were not feeling well. Our furnace was still under warranty. They contacted the company and had a new one rushed to us. It was installed the next day. Thankful God was watching over us and we had a company like Schar become our service company. Very thankful for their quick service.

They are very professional and courteous. The technician was thorough in explaining what the issue was with our furnace and was able to get the furnace running temporarily until the replacement part was available the next day. I also used them to replace the furnace and air conditioner at my previous home a couple of years ago and was equally satisfied with their work then.
