The office staff is very courteous and the tech. I have always had is very professional and accommodating. He even got rid of a bee-hive in my tree at no extra charge. (Which saved me a few hundred dollars.) Also they call and remind you to set up your quarterly appointments and if you have any concerns betwen your scheduled treatments they'll come check out the problem free of charge. (That is of course if the problem is something that's included in your contract.) I highly recommend them!

Obviously this person who wrote this last review (over 2 years ago) has an ulterior motive and possibly may even be a competitor of theirs. Not one of the statements he or she have written are truthful. Its actually comical to read the lies as their service to Baytown and the Greater Baytown areas for the past 33 years speaks for itself. By far the best, most honest and professional pest control company in the area. Keep up the great work Metro!
