David and team did an excellent job. Even with the shortage of materials, they were able to get everything done in time. JAE was professional, courteous, and responsive to our needs to get the roof done with the highest quality. I would hire them again.

Communication is terrible:
Initially hired with first deposit 2/10/21. Showed up to demo existing shingle roof and install new metal roof on 5/15/21. Roof was demolished and tar paper installed 5/15/21 & 5/16/21, then disappeared with no further communication and no call for initial inspection. Finally, after many attempts to contact someone, they reappeared and initial inspection was passed a month later on 6/17/21 and second layer was installed 6/26/21. Absolutely no progress since and unable to get any kind of update from anyone. Numerous attempts have been made to contact the project manager

I cannot recommend JAE Construction enough! After getting burned by my first contractor, Jason and his team were a breath of fresh air. They remodeled the front of our house and exceeded all of our expectations. Jason’s team was professional and on time each day. Someone was at our house everyday, which made the project move quickly and finish on time. Also, rarely did Jason not answer my many calls or texts, and if he didn’t answer he’d return my call right away. I never felt like I was being ignored or unheard. JAE Contruction Group finished our roof replacement and the work they have done in the last months is excellent. Since we signed the contract with a very detailed information and schedule, each project step was completed as programmed. In addition to that, the low initial payment and several payments as the job was progressing helped a lot with the cash flow. Finally, I received an excellent final report including all the necessary information to ask for a lower premium to my home owner insurance company. In summary, I recommend you to contact JAE Construction Group for your roof replacement!

These guys do amazing work. My friend is gutting, widening and redoing the entire inside of his business. He is going from 1 unit to 2 units, double wide building. JAE construction is doing everything from the walls, electrical, polished concrete and epoxy flooring and more. Very high quality work. Impressive team and professional.

I am really happy with the work that JAE has done replacing my 25 years old roof. They were really profesional and cost effective (comparing other alternatives I had reviewed). JAE did an awesome job on our tile roof replacement. From the begining to the end of the project, David was there all the time with his great communication skills to guide us through the whole process, he made everything in his power to get the job done in the time frame they were suppose to due. We pass all the inspections with not a single issue. Also the crews and staff were very neat and committed to do a good job. They replaced every piece of wood that was damage at no additional cost. Choosing a roof company can be a very difficult decision. But with JAE you can't go wrong!. Our new tile

We negotiated a price with JAE Construction and work started quickly. The old roof covering (flat white tile) was demoed quickly and efficiently. The roof structure was repaired and dried in all within a day. The tile arrived shortly thereafter on a Friday and was up on the roof om Monday. The next day JAE was there installing the tile which was completed in 3 days. Inspection was passed and the roof was done.
JAE did exact;y what they said they would for the price they quoted and the workmanship is great. Thanks for the great job!
