In 1992, D. Stephenson Construction (DSC) was founded by Dinah & Dwight Stephenson with the vision to be one of South Florida's most successful construction firms. Our Construction Managers assist Owners overcoming these challenges by augmenting the Owner's resources with innovative solutions and talented construction professionals. Our team has the specialized knowledge, experience and training to navigate through the complexities of any construction program or project.
D. Stephenson Construction provided Total Program Management Services for this addition of 12 modular buildings to Stephen Foster Elementary School. The scope consisted of chiller system, major building and mep systems, and coordination of tie-in of new mep systems into existing mep systems. The project also included two combination courts (play, tennis & basketball, all in one) and the construction of connecting walkways and associated canopies.
