William Zahler founded Zahler Construction & Development on the tradition of honest workmanship and integrity started by his grandfather three generations ago. He began his own general contracting and construction management company in Richmond, Virginia at the age of 22, and was at the forefront of that city's explosive growth in the 1990's.
William was a Division Manager for Struever Rouse Homes and a Senior Vice President for Artery Homes. He approaches every project from "both sides of the blueprint, " with experience managing site selection, development financing, design, and on-site construction management.

Zahler Construction has just completed our fourth home project in the past 5 years, the first being a 2-story addition to our 100-year old property. Bill's attention to historic detail, honesty & work ethic were obvious and a compelling reason to request 3 additional remodeling projects since. Each were managed, it seemed, as if it were his own home. Excellence!
