I have always liked going into Arnold's furniture even as a kid growing up going with my parents. Of course now that was probably more than 50 years ago. But it will always be that hometown store with that hometown feeling and whether it is your first time or 50th time if you want to be treated like family that's how they will treat you. If you need alone time just to shop on your own you can have that too.

Went there and spoke to the owner who was really good but then she passed me off to her niece (I won't mention her name) who did not know what she was doing. To my info and ran my credit said I was approved for what we wanted. Then asked how I was going to pay for the deposit of $1500, I told her my bank account. She didn't hesitate and ran my card then I asked if she would give me a copy of the contract. She acted like she did not know what she was doing. I asked again she then went up to the office came down 5 minutes later said that I was flagged and didn't get approved.

My husband and I had recently purchased some furniture from ARNOLD FURNITURE. I will say growing up in the area I feel ignorant because I never shopped here. Well BIG mistake on my part I wished I shopped here a long time ago.......EXCELLENT STAFF, HUGE SELECTION, EXCELLENT DELIVERY When my furniture came. WELL DESERVED 5 STARS AND MORE. I also am a fan because it is LOCAL, FAMILY ORIENTED. Keep up the good work!!
