Services
We review our staff on a regular basis. American Office Installers has a bi-annual review for all field installers that are completed by our lead installers, our scheduler, and the principal owners. Our lead installers have an annual review. These reviews focus on attitude, punctuality, attendance, appearance, uniform, patience, communication, tools, motivation, mechanical experience, and quality of work.
American Office Installers uses the latest version of IQ Coordinator, which is a beginning-to-end operations management order entry system that tracks and updates projects from the initial proposal to project completion. Lead Installers are equipped with mobile tablets and provide updates in real time to dealerships, customers, office staff and all participants.
Workplace safety is extremely important to our company. We have initiated a safety program that meets OSHA regulations and requirements. Our goal is to maintain a safe and healthy work environment for our staff and customers. Our program deals with training on Personal protective equipment, fire safety, driver safety, toolbox safety meetings and maintaining a clean work place.
We understand that recycling, conserving fossil fuels and using environmentally friendly products are important to our own employees, the customers we serve and is economically responsible. We recycle 90% of all waste materials by utilizing an onsite cardboard compactor, as well as our pallets which are taken to an offsite recycling facility.

As they are Office installers and movers, they also do homes in between. I can't say enough about how wonderful they were. They were completely concerned about the safety of my furniture when loading the truck. A few things they felt uncomfortable about went into my friends car for her to deliver for me. Then to top it off, they delivered a day early. I would recommend anytime for any moving.
