This picture is me and my Father who started Tiffin Auto Mart in 1994. As the company grew I was able to join the Family business. He started as a buy here pay here dealer across town. All of them made my wife and I feel welcomed and was willing to go above and beyond to make me happy. My wife doesn't usually feel comfortable around sales guys and Wes and Justin put her at ease. We bought a 2012 Ford F150 and there was a few things I addressed and they made sure things were right and I was happy. They really do care and are trying to build a good reputation. It's surely a better place than it was 10-20 years ago. We will be back .

Wes was very helpful with our son and his first car purchase. He helped him to find a nice vehicle and financing with it. Very nice dealership inside and out. I had such a great experience with this crew, I was heartbroken they didn’t have the vehicle I wanted. All four of the men I dealt with were professional, light-hearted, sincere and seemed to genuinely care about their customers. I felt more like a guest in their home, than a dollar sign walking their floor. They were courteous, kind and knowledgeable about vehicles on the market, not just about the ones on their lot. My husband and I are still searching for my perfectly used vehicle, and we have high hopes it somehow ends up on this lot just so we can purchase from people that deserve to make

As soon as I walked into the store it was all smiles and good energy, they got me in the car that I wanted with out any problems! I didn’t have to look at 20 different cars to try and find one I would get approved for, they answered every question I had about the car with honesty even told me little things that could possibly go wrong with it and told me they would fix it with out any issues! I’ve always had bad experiences with buying cars but this experience was great and I will definitely be going back!

Had an amazing experience, I had Wes going threw his trucks looking for the options that were a must have. He went above and beyond, it wasn’t just about selling me a truck. We talked about multiple things and there was no pressure to buy anything. One of the best things was they have a play room for your kids. Very family friendly and amazing with every aspect from step 1 to pulling out with your new vehicle. Best experience buying a vehicle ever!!!!

Very friendly and accommodating, I went there specifically for one vehicle and they made it happen, no one tried to pressure me into any other vehicles, they were not over the top intimidating like most car salesman. They are laid back, it was a very comfortable environment. I purchased an 03 Chevy Suburban, it’s got a couple issues and they made me aware of that, they didn’t want to sell me a vehicle without me knowing what I was getting into and I appreciate that. Most car salesman don’t care about things like that, they just want to sell a car; but not Tiffin Auto Mart.
