Services
This was a basement finish we did for a client in Fort Collins. We installed the flooring, built and installed custom barn doors, stained and installed all wood, including trim, baseboard, and custom ceiling and columns, and we installed the cabinetry. Floating shelves with custom lighting are becoming more popular, so our client had us install those as well.

We have a large deck with pergola that needed to be demolished and rebuilt with Trex. Multiple places wouldn’t touch it because the project was too big and others wanted twice the cost of Wellspring. The work started and ended as scheduled. There were hic-ups but cost still fell within the estimate. Wellspring’s crew are polite, professional and they kept the workspace clean. This year I have had a number of projects completed but I should say they were the best crew.... by far. They take pride in their work and pay attention to detail.

Brett and his crew have done excellent work for me over the last year on a number of home improvement projects, both in my home and for a couple rental properties. They range from small jobs such as repair of a screen door and gutter cleaning, to installation of gutter guards and replacing a sliding glass door, to a big job of a major deck repair. All of these smaller jobs came after Brett coordinated the finishing of half of my unfinished basement. He arranged everything from framing, rough-in and finish of electrical, HVAC, and plumbing. He and his crew did terrific work doing custom carpentry

Wellspring has done three large projects for us the last couple of years. The first two were at our commercial office building. They are very respectful with our clientele and with the other businesses in area. At our home they completed a re-model project in two bathrooms - everything was cared for in a timely manner and the quality of work was excellent.
