Recently we moved in a newly-built modern home and we were sold on the beauty of this home and ample light and view of outdoors we get because of the Cover Glass USA patio and balcony glass doors. BUT, DON'T LET THE LOOKS OF THE Cover Glass FOOL YOU!!

I went to a few window places before walking into Cover Glass USA! And when I did I got this incredible vibe that told me not to go anywhere else! Horrific quality, the window has zero finish at the bottom so they sent out guys to fill the bottom of the window with "bondo" then painted it black. This was a 6K window and less than a month later the paint is chipping and it looks like a hung of junk. In addition they trimmed the window with plastic that would be used in a shower enclosures and the pieces don't even match and the silicone is pealing around the edged of the glass Rather than fixing the issue they are threatening me constantly to pat the balance of the window. I have tried tirelessly to have them pick it up and take it back and

I had a 12' Cover Glass door installed in my Dana Point House overlooking the water. It's the best feature of the house, like an awesome picture but better since the doors open up and create a larger living space. I would highly recommend this company they not only have a great product but communicated well and were always on time.

Amazing quality built doors! Start to finish it was a wonderful experience to work with Matt and his team. Product was delivered and installed ahead of schedule which really helped me in the long run for the rest of my home projects. These doors are not your typical sliding glass doors, people ask about them! That's something I've never experienced with my windows or doors before. Beautiful! I had Cover Glass install 3 large panels 7 feet high in our living room which transitions to the patio and pool area. This product pretty much changed the way we interact with our home and we are able to enjoy our outdoor seating area a lot more because of Cover Glass. YESTERDAY we posted our 1 star review on Cover Glass USA. I am a 77 year old woman with cancer and my husband is 80. We are known to everyone as Grandma and Grandpa. We wanted to express our opinion and aggravation with this company. Immediately after our review, my daughter began to receive phone calls and email threats from the owner to sue us for slander, so we took it down. I'm tired of threats and bullying. I had Barry & Matt Cohen install Cover Glass Doors in my Living Room, Dining Room, and Master Bedroom. When closed, they appear to be beautiful, massive "Picture Windows", until you open them up to let the outside in. The transformation from old-school sliders was truly amazing. Compliments from family, friends, and neighbors are non-stop.

I can't tell you how happy we are with our Cover Glass USA window!!! It is about 20 feet across and 12 feet high. It looks out onto the back bay and is the biggest wow factor in our renovation. We worked with Matt and Barry, the owner to purchase a bifold sliding glass enclosure for our outdoor tv. They outlined the timeframe to complete our project and executed the plan onetime. We did have a small issue with a missing header piece that the installers said was not part of the plan but after sending a picture to Matt the owner came out and got the extra piece ordered. The bifold unit is sleek and the perfect look for our contemporary home.

I have to say this company staff could use a course on improving customer service social skills. I have been meaning to catch this place open for months but my schedule doesn't easily allow for it. I showed up early today to a locked door and a sign that says "by appointment only." Seeing a coffee shop across the street, I decide to have a cup of coffee while waiting for an appointment. I've only had my window system for a couple months but so far I think it's a fantastic product. I was considering a La Cantina window before I noticed Cover Glass on a neighboring property. The ability to have no frame was very attractive and has proven to be a much better decision for my application. 4 glass panels stack at similar width as 1 la cantina panel, so I went from potentially having ~12" stacked down to just over 4". I'm curious to see how it will hold up, so far so good!

We researched the product, met with the principals they demonstrated the product, explained the benefits, quoted us a price on a 16' system and shortly thereafter installed the cover glass system. We had one minor adjustment to be made to the weatherstripping. They cheerfully returned, fixed it and we couldn't be happier! The dramatic impact that we had hoped for is easily delivered by this sensational product.

Very sad to say that these guys are either wildly successful and no longer need to reply to inquiries or that service has fallen off to the point where the management and sales team no long respond to care.
We purchased $8k in windows from them last summer and after some small service issues got what we needed and all was good. Have tried to get them to come measure for heavy glass railing this summer and cannot get them to call back after no shows.
Regardless of whether this level of service is due to success or decline, it's not a position you want to get into with any contractor coming
