This is the third job Claghorn has completed for both my family and my business. This local company is always warm and welcoming, and puts up with my slew of questions and considerations with patience and expertise. They also follow through as quickly as possible. My main Claghorn contact made this big project a fun experience, and her team was considerate and professional on every level. As a customer I felt seen and heard, which is a gift in today's world. We have worked with Kent on three projects over the years & have been very happy with him & his outstanding service & expertise. Our experience with the subcontractor, particularly Nikki has not been a positive experience. Quite frankly, you should fire her & not let her on job sites. Her crews do pretty good work but she is a problem!

Claghorn installed LVP to our entire first floor and finished in two days instead of the originally planned four days! The floors look amazing and we are very pleased with the outcome! The staff, including the gentlemen installing the floors, were all very professional and kind. Definitely recommend!

Lots of carpets to choose from and loved being able to take samples home. Our only complaint was a big disconnect between the installers and Claghorn. We never received a phone call to let us know the installers were going to be 4 hours late until I called the store. Our 8-10am install slot finally happened late that afternoon and completed the following day. But we do like the carpet and it looks great.

We did not have a good experience with this company. The installers started tearing out the carpet in the wrong room. Thankfully they were stopped before it went too far.
When I complained to the salesman that the new carpet color wasn’t even close to correct he told me he was sure it was right and the manufacturer must have changed the color.
I cannot recommend this company.
Responding to the owner: 5 years old and dirty. That response fits with your complete lack of customer service and professionalism.

Kent was wonderful to work with and his installer (Kevin) was very skilled, personable, and did a fabulous job. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 for the rating was I had to repeatedly correct our address with the store, and even after doing so, the installers were sent to our old address. Even the invoice (after making the correction a third times) went to the old address and I had to call to get a new one sent to the correct address. But, I love my new floor!

They did a fabulous job and went above and beyond when issues came up that could not have been planned for. Their selection at the showroom was incredible and their knowledge of the jobs and details of how to get things done was out of this world. On time, respectful, affordable and trustworthy - really all I could ask for after subcontracting and entire 1st floor remodel myself. I will use them again.

There is NO customer service. They do not return phone calls. They definitely do not put the customer first. I have been waiting over a week for a quote on one room. The installation did not start on the day I was told it would and took longer than I was told. I wanted to use a local company, but I will be using someone else for the quote that I am still waiting for. Very unpleasant experience.
