These guys are fraudulent. I discontinued use in 2019 and it took months to remove an advance charge for service not used. Now, in 2021 they started charging me even though I have not requested any service nor have they provided any! They are charging my card on file even though in 2019 I told them to remove it from their system. Sending communications through their login system are either ignored or don't go through "Mow-Trim-Blow failed to send any data" error messages instead.

Absolute trash. They charge $34.55 for the first visit. That's $9 for the "risk free" first time trim plus the scheduling fee at $25.55 for the next mow that is automatically scheduled 7 days later. Even if you change the next mow date, the date isn't updated until after the second mow. Their website is garbage and awful to navigate. They did a great job mowing the first of my house, but barely mowed the backyard and completely ignored the side of my house. Avoid this company at all costs.
