Healthy lawns depend on many factors including adequate water for cell enlargement and evaporative cooling, sunlight and carbon dioxide for energy production, and oxygen for respiration. Lawn growth also depends on nutrients or essential elements absorbed by roots from the soil. When natural soil processes do not provide adequate supplies of these essential elements, fertilizer can be applied to maintain optimum turfgrass growth.
Perennial weeds can resprout and grow again even after repeated attempts to eliminate them because their storage organs are at or below the surace of the soil. Perennial weeds are very resilient and can live up to two years, or longer. Annual Weeds tend to germinate and come out at times of the year when preemergent weed control is not active, making them very difficult to control.

Dreamlawns, and Neil specifically, has transformed my lawn in a matter of months. I had used two other lawn services for a couple years at a time and the lawn would always look good for a month or so in the spring and the fall, but would quickly go downhill in the summer and winter. Neil takes the time to go over specific watering frequency and duration depending on temperature, mowing tips, etc. Then, when I did have a fungus type problem in June, he came out the day I emailed him, he identified the problem, treated it, and I was back to a green lush lawn in a week. He came back to my house twice

This Company is definitely worth using especially if You want great looking Grass. We have only used this Company for Grass related work. They come out every 5-6 weeks for Weed Control and Fertilization and do the seeding and aeration at the beginning of fall. The Technicians are professional and knowledgeable and very polite.

My yard is the envy of our neighborhood! Most of my neighbors have tree roots exposed and very little grass. But my lawn is so green and healthy that my neighbor inquired about DreamLawns and signed up. Now we have two great looking lawns on our street. Great job DreamLawns. You guys are the best!👍🏽

I cannot say enough about Dreamlawns. Every interaction with their staff and service techs has been amazing. Our “lawn” was far from a dream when we purchased our home. After a few months of conditioning we noticed a major difference. Now 13 months in, we have the best grass in the neighborhood.
Neighbors stop weekly asking who does our lawn. As a new homeowner, I can say without hesitation that Dreamlawns has been one of the best investments in our property!

It's impossible to not provide a full 5 star review. They did everything they said they would and run their businesses professionally.
The office was great to deal with and answered calls during regular hours. Anything I needed they responded quickly.
Technicians were friendly when I would catch them. The paperwork was dropped off when not at home. They do not offer mowing services. I had seeding and aeration done in Fall. Other months fertilizer and maintenance. They also offer tree and shrub service.

I have used Dreamlawns for the past year and a half and I am extremely pleased with their service. I recently had my lawn seeded and aerated. With the rain and warm temps, I have a beautiful thick, lush, lawn that is virtually weed free. I tried lawn care on my own, and it never worked out well for me. I also tried a major corporation, but was tired of the additional services that they kept trying to push. I had to drop them with the constant nickel and dime you to death. Very convenient service as my presence is not needed for treatment so I'm not tied to the house and can run errands or leave as necessary. I can just relax and enjoy my beautiful lawn. I cannot say enough good things about Dreamlawns. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been polite, professional, and prompt! As for my lawn, they turned what used to be a withering, patchy area of grass into a thick, full, deep green lawn. Honestly, I was beginning to worry that my lawn could never look this good due to the hot summers and poor soil quality in my neighborhood. But Dreamlawns works with its customers on a plan to improve soil quality and produce long-term, sustainable results. My wife and I are thrilled to have found a lawn company this good (and affordable).
