Over the last couple of years my wife and I have had Vinyl Concepts come out and do some work for us. Altogether we have had them do six different projects for us and each one has been great.
The first thing we had done was a fence between our front yard and our neighbors. It replaced a thick shrub that both of us got tired of looking at. It was a nice simple white picket about three to four feet tall that we all very happy with. Next was a solid white gate in the driveway that separated the front from the back. Our neighbor on the other side liked its look so she had them do hers as well.

When our wood front and back patio covers started flaking paint, we decided to have them replaced with vinyl instead of having them repainted. The front of our house gets a lot of sun, which heats up the house; therefore, we choose to replace our traditional wood picket style front patio cover with a vinyl fixed louvered patio cover and have it extended beyond the patio to shade all of the front windows of the house. We first me Edgar Papayan at the end of November 2020. Edgar was sitting in his car (the car had the Vinyl Concepts logo on it) going over paperwork from a neighbors installation. We asked him if he had time to give us a quote. I knew right away that we were talking to the right person. His quote was $1100.00 less than another quote I had gotten a year earlier, and his product was better. When the day finally came to do the installation, they put three crews on it and the installation was done in a day. Originally it was booked for 2 1/2 - 3 days. I had them put up my fence maybe 9 yrs ago and this past winter there has been a lot of wind. So much, a large chunk of the fence fell over. I called them and they came over that following week and fixed it NO CHARGE! I was beyond excited that they asked for nothing. I would highly suggest this company. Customer service skills unmatched

Edgar and his guys did an A+ job. He was always good at communication. Very professional and also very accommodating. We had to postpone our project by 3 months, due to pandemic circumstances. Edgar was very nice about the situation. And 3 months later once we contacted him he responded really quick and was ready to start our project in days.
Edgar himself designed the whole project, his crew installed a great fence. Also little things were great such as: showing up on time, cleaning up, etc.
These are hard to find qualities.

OMG peoples!!! I can't believe a company I reviewed 10 years ago is just a great or even better.
I still love my fence but needed to add a gate to enclose my garbage cans and other junk. (Everyone has junk right?)
Patrick came out gave me a quote back in February. At last my gate arrived today (May) and voilà , a gate is installed and the fence line is seamless. Gilbert and Jose also replaced a few of the caps on the fence posts that were damaged from who knows what.
Highly recommend this company!

UPDATE 4/23/21: I'll be the bigger person and not lower my rating after this poor response from the business owner since my gate is still standing. Note its been a month since I posted and no one ever responded until this owner update. AND no i did not receive any status calls FROM ANYONE about the 2pm time change and don't try to cover the fact that your "experienced" crew had to take the fence down since they failed to put concrete and rebar in the first place. I myself don't like writing reviews since its a waste of time unless companies show remarkable service or

A great fence at a reasonable price and they even hauled away the whole trash. Super happy with fence install.
Edgar Papayan and his crew did a tremendous job. These guys were very nice and hard working. The only issue I have is that they are so busy that it took longer than I would of liked to get install complete. Thanks Vinyl Concepts and big-big thanks to Edgar.

So update,
I wake up at 7:30am because my doorbell camera keeps chiming. I check it because I'm expecting packages, but there's no package. IT'S MR. MASKLESS DISASSEMBLING OUR GATE. I call my husband and ask him what's happening. He calls their office and the clerk tells him that his wife called and said that we have a hinge issue. My husband tells her that I didn't call and they woman says, "is your wife's name Cindy?" Lol so, I'm assuming some customer named Cindy is waiting for her gate hinge to be fixed today.
But my thing is, how do you start

BE SURE you register your yellow warranty card when the job is completed. If you didn't receive, wasn't aware there's one, did not register, they may not honor the warranty.
We are in the escrow process buying a house, Seller used Vinyl Concept for the patio cover and fence. It's still within 5 yrs warranty. Seller couldn't transfer warranty to new buyer because she never received the yellow warranty card. The inquiry process is been pulling teeth and doesn't seem like vinyl concept will like to honor the warranty transfer and the experience has been very flaky.

I am a first time Vinyl Concepts customer, but a 3-time vinyl gates purchaser and of the 3 companies I have used, Vinyl Concepts was by far the best experience. I used the Yelp feature to send request for quotes to 3 or 4 customers. Vinyl Concepts and one other responded first. I had some timing requirements and those two companies set up for quotes. I took the quote from the one company, but somehow wasn't impressed. I then missed the appointment with the Vinyl Concepts salesman. Then I was embarrassed and didn't reschedule and was stuck. Vinyl Concepts came highly recommended by my sister where they did a beautiful job on their backyard fence. Everyone was very easy to work with and very accessible. They use only a very high quality vinyl product compared to a few others we considered. We decided on vinyl because of the zero maintenance required, unlike wood.

Absolutely HATE companies that waste my time because they are flakey. I call to schedule an appointment on a Friday, and received a text on Monday to schedule with a guy named John O. Okay, so no phone, they prefer text (which I find lazy and I personable), and we agree to an appointment time of 2pm that same Wednesday. 48 hours later I take off from work and drive home from Santa Monica to a no call no show. After waiting around for 30 minutes, I decided this place is just to shady to do business with and leave to go back to work. I don't recommend this place, as they clearly do not

I had two fences in my backyard, one in my front patio, and 3 gates installed. My experience with Edgar from sales was great as well as the installers. Gil was the foreman and was awesome! Very thoughtful, experienced and thorough. I was quite surprised to hear it was his first installation as foreman. He was attentive to insure I was pleased with the product and the install. The clean up and cleaning of the every fence and gate was done completely as well. Very professional. Thank you all! Looks awesome!

Here's my conversation with Vinyl Concepts online chat. Honestly, all I wanted to know was whether I could go browse the product somewhere. Would've been fine if the answer was no. I know this place has good reviews but the customer service is so shady I'm not willing to roll the dice.

We Love Our New Vinyl Gates! They were worth the wait.
We called in July, scheduled an appointment for an estimate, liked our price and put in our order.
We needed to wait a few extra weeks because of the Covid interruption.
During that time we made some changes and then changed those, lol!
Between Roxanne and Gilbert, they made our order become exactly what we wanted!
Today, Vardan & Francisco came out to install our side gates. Gilbert also stopped by too!
We Greatly Appreciate the Clean, Efficient installation work they did.
We also appreciated Vardan, stopping to ask us questions
