Recently had a new fence and 2 gates installed by Watkins fence. It was a great experience from start to finish. Things I really appreciated were professionalism and prompt responses to questions and a quote was provided quickly. Ward, Shane and their team did a great job, went the extra mile and super cool detail ... there were a couple issues with our gates and how best to deal with special conditions / needs. They did not ignore issues .. they talked them through to come up with the best plan. We didn't end up with a finished product that was rushed .. we ended up with a fencing and

My Recomendation: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I hired this company to do some basic gate repairs on existing 15' wide driveway gate in front yard and install a 4' wide gate on side yard. Both simple gate items were not repaired/installed correctly. Poor work was done. When I called them and informed them that things were not done right, they sent out their crew to correct the work.
After their crew corrected the work, they then attempted to bill me for the work that was done even though the work that was being done was to correct the original work that was done incorrectly. They did
