I bought a duramax shed in May 2020 and in Feb. 2021 the roof collapsed. And the 10 warranty does nit cover it coz it might be weather related. Then don't sell shed in Canada the weather here is very different then California. I spend 3000$ on a shed and It didn't even last a year. And duramax can't help.

I purchased a 10.5 X 10.5 Woodridge plus shed and it was not cheap. Upon building the shed I discovered two very important roof panels were missing. I have attempted to contact support many times and it always goes to voice. Sometimes it allows me to leave a message and sometimes it does not. I have also left messages from the Duramax sigh still… with no response. I have received one random email telling me that they do not have my parts in stock which is unacceptable. How can this company sell a product and not back it when it is missing parts? and not providing normal support. I have responded

I ordered a storage shed from Home Depot when I got it after two weeks I went to put it together and it was missing two roof panels so I spent al this mo way and have a half built shed sitting 🪑 n my yard I… called took an hour to finally get a hold of someone gave him all the information only to find they were out of stock and got no answer as to how long it was gonna take to get it I would highly recommend you buy a shed from someone else I can’t get any money back and I am just stuck waiting on two roof panels that were not in an unopened box so it came from the factory

I recently ordered a shed through a local building supplier and was giving a date of arrival. The item cannot be located and nobody can tell me where it is and when it will be available for pick up. I understand things get back ordered etc. but all this has happened with not one bit of correspondence. No one has reached out to try solve the problem of locating. I’m assuming if their paycheck was on the line they might be willing to take care of the problem. I would like to say the product is OK but getting it is a different story.
