These guys are great. No wonder I had to wait a couple of days to get them, but well worth it. Steve is funny, knowlegeable and has the parts in his truck! Not only did they fix the issue (a circuit board, a sensor and something else), but they also cleaned the coils.
My refrigerator went out and I was afraid it was going to need to buy a new one. Fortunately these guys had the parts and gave me two choices. Fix it today at ~$800 or purchase a new one at ~$2100.
Their refrigerator magnet will stay affixed to my refrigerator and I will certainly use them again.

I needed a new air conditioner because my compressor was dead. They had different air conditioner options and finance options. Everything was very straight-forward and there was plenty of transparency. They were even able to do a same-day installation after the quote! They put in new thermostats with wifi capabilities so that we could change the temperature with apps on our phones.
The new air conditioner works great and much better than our old one ever did!

Fraud, NOT good, only to get SCAMMED! came out 'to come out and look at' and claimed to have 4 thousand pounds of parts to fix my stove top. This company is a total fraud. Overcharged for the work .Had to come back there times to fix the problem. Had the same problem shorthly after. Worst service ever. Was given a 5 hr window to be available at home but Steve did not show up until an hour later than the given time. Had to wait 61/2hrs for a 20min job.
Was quoted $700 for microwave repair and paid $105 for the washer. Had to pay $75 for the stupid quote. Would've went with someone else if not in need of washer.
Spend your money elsewhere. This place is a RIP OFF.

Would be a zero rating if available. I was quoted $75 for a visit to assess my over the range microwave. This quote was provided to me on two separate calls leading up to scheduled date. An hour into my appointment window(the day of the visit), after I had already taken time off to be available at home, I receive a call informing me that my visit quote is now $150. Apparently over the range microwave assessments are a two man job. There were two opportunities to disclose this requirement, but the vendor failed to do so. I canceled my visit out of principle as this should not have been at my expense

I made an appointment last night and they came today to look at my fridge/freezer that was leaking water. They diagnosed the issue and at a fair price, they fixed the problem fast. I have used Fix-It Rite 2x so far. Andrew has been "The Man". He is very friendly and professional. The first visit was to repair a washing machine. He was honest and told us he could fix it but it would be much cheaper to purchase a new one. We went with his recommendation. The second visit was to install a new kitchen faucet. I would not mark any stars for this business, They attempted to defraud me by giving me extremely inflated parts and labor costs for a less than an hour repair of an oven seal and front glass. I would encourage anyone that paid his ridiculous prices report him to the agencies he holds licensing with. They extorted a deposit check for $300 from me, then prepared an invoice for $700. I was lucky and able to stop payment on the check and found a reputable company that completed the repair for $400. Our A/C stopped working during the long stretch of 100 degree days. I called another local shop and they kept saying they would squeeze us in but after 3 days I gave up waiting. I have had Steve fix electrical problems, my house thermostat, install a water heater, fix my dryer, fix my dishwasher, and do multiple other jobs over the course of about 3 years. He has always been extremely competent and is a great problem solver.
Recently he fixed a coffee roaster and spent additional time discussing the problem with the company that built it. Due to the time he took to call the company, they are now reimbursing me for the cost of fixing it as they realized it was an issue that they took responsibility for. My first experience with Fix-It Rite- they were the only repair shop that answered with a live person. Told they could have someone out same day and he arrived within 2 hours of my call.

I always hesitate to call a repair man - I won't any longer! I had tried everything I could think of to fix my non-draining dishwasher. Steve Spinoso was so friendly and quickly fixed not only the drain but the bad installation I had been dealing with for so long.

My KitchenAid dishwasher wouldn't drain and I couldn't figure out why. I could hear the pump working so I knew it wasn't the washer but i couldn't find a block in the drain line but by routing it I knew something was stuck. This past summer my A/C stopped working. I called around and this was the only company that could fit me in that week, so I went with them. They said it was a blown fuse, they did some work in that area, and it started working again...

I've used Steve from Fix-It Rite for about 20 years, and am consistently impressed with how effective he is in diagnosing and fixing problems, as well as his integrity and professionalism.

One of the best guys that I have ever had fix stuff for me. When Steve helps fix something for you, he doesn't just silently fix it without telling you what is going on and then tag a massive bill, he fixes it the right way (yes I said that).
My air conditioner broke last week and I called Steve to help fix it. He went to my attic, determined the problem in minutes and spent time to explain to me what the problem was (turned out to be my evaporator coil being frozen), what possibly happened to cause the problem (bad previous repair with photos for proof and I am always a sucker for that
