As a matter of policy we complete a thorough exam of your entire project and scope of work before recommending replacement your system. The reality is most anything can be repaired and some systems due to age or other factors should be replaced. You will understand both reasons why and the reason for our suggestions.
A: Many times, an air conditioner that won't turn on can be resolved with some simple troubleshooting by you. Power sources are commonly the problem, so check them all. Thermostat batteries, and circuit breakers. Next, make sure your thermostat is set appropriately - it should be set to COOL mode, and the temperature a few degrees lower than the current room temperature.

Bought a complete so I thought brand new heating and air system from them. issue one it’s from 2014 not new … issue 2 it was installed soooo poorly it destroyed the ceiling due to the lack of knowledge of water must flow down ward not up and over just stay away from this company they give you a sob story in the end make it right or give me my money back

BEWARE. In my experience with this company: very inexperienced technicians and unprofessional management/ownership. This company does not have a good reputation around town and I would've been a lot better off if I had never had called them. I did call them because I knew the founder and wanted to support the business since his passing. My mistake. Chavez came out to fix a leak but ended up breaking the compressor while replacing the leaking TXV. I was out of A/C for 6 weeks during triple digit days going back and forth to get things made right and they've completely dropped the ball. Horrible
