Chris is a total pro. For my visit, he was on time, gave plenty of notice, and followed through on everything that he said.
The heat rejector unit outside the building stopped working and he diagnosed it immediately, after asking just one question: "Can you turn the AC breaker off?" Once I did, he peeked at his meter and said, "Yep, blown capacitor." It probably took him longer to round trip it over to the parts store and back than it did for him to diagnose and make the repair.
