My AC brokedown and we were looking for someone to repair and a cousin of mine referred and I completely forgot it was the same company that had installed our AC like 13 years ago, in which they did such great job then. Today the tech came early and had it fixed within an hour. I highly recommend them. They did not charge a lot because most companies want to charge $400 or more for a repair. Thank you for the great service!

Was quoted by another company $9,000 for complete replacement, Bos came out found wiring tampered with, fixed that and then fixed the problem and now my A/C works and my wallet isn't hurting. Highly recommend using them

Amazing customer service! These guys are on time. ON TIME. They are professional, courteous and HONEST. They aren't going to overcharge you or try to sell you a new unit if you just need a condenser.
I recommend them to everyone!
The ONLY downside is they are a M-F business.

World Class Customer Service from Mike and Nolan. I called and requested they come out after using another high profile HVAC company's $89 special tune-up that resulted in them stating I needed $675 worth of immediate repairs to my 6 year old AC unit (commission based technicians). Nolan showed up on time went through and inspected everything and stated the only item needed was $38 repair for an item that when I researched deteriorates after 5 years. I will only use Bos HVAC & Sheet Metal going forward because they saved me time and money in an honest and forthright way.

Was missing the plate that covers the breakers on my electrical panel made a cardboard mockup gave him the measurements and they hooked me up I had search for 2 months for a replacement glad to have gotten it squared away

They did a wonderful job on our air central air system & even more importantly, they were WONDERFUL with my 70 year old mother who had just been taken for a ride by another dis-honest company. So thankful for Boss!

I have used this company for the past twenty six years. They have installed my Air Conditioning/Heating in two new homes and have serviced my systems throughout the years. I find them to be professional, reliable, and very easy to work with.

If it was possible to rate Bos "0 stars", I would. This is the worst company I have ever experienced. They NEVER keep an appointment. The owner is extremely unorganized. It is amazing that they are still in business. BEWARE!

Great A/C service and installation, especially if you need custom duct work. When we replaced the A/C in 1999 to handle our upstairs, they moved the fan unit into the attic, gaining a closet, and built a zone system to push the air upstairs when needed, with larger "Puron" high-efficiency, high-pressure A/C. This was new at the time, so I got good mileage from my 10-year warranty as they fine-tuned the technology. For instance, the evaporator cracked twice before they got it right, and the compressor or condenser once. (Because the "new" freon runs at hundreds of PSI higher

Great price, good folks! My 2 year old AC unit broke during 107 degree temperature, and as the parts were still under warranty I called around to get estimates from various hvac companies for labor. Bos was by far the most reasonable rate and the customer service was outstanding... She gave me the coolant cost by ft, the labor cost by hour... No other company would do that. They just wanted to give me total cost. And Bos got my part the same day where other companies said it would be weeks!

I just had a new heating and air conditioning system put in 3 years and finally got around to getting it tuned up. I called around and got an estimate for a tune up special and was quoted $105 an hour. I thought it was a little high and decided to call around. I found Bell Brothers in phone book and they quoted me $57. I got the work done and they took a good hour and a half, which would have cost me well over $100 at this company. I am glad I shopped around. They seem like a scam.

I have a very old furnace and needed to get a transition piece to connect to the flu. Ended up calling BOS and Theresa was so helpful and connected me to Jim, who gave me a couples of leads that didn't work out! Jim ended up finding a piece that he worked on to make it work out (I was just purchasing the piece). The care he took in his work and customer service was very impressive. Was very fortunate in finding BOS and highly recommend them.

I used BOS sheet metal for a commercial AC unit and must agree that you won't find a company with more integrity...They are a real stand up company. I got a great price on the AC unit, their employee's were clean cut, professional and pleasant. They did what they said they were going to do for the price they quoted. Outstanding service. Integrity is the key word. When my system does need repair they will be the only company I will contact and not seek anyone else.
Bos essentially saved me $5000 vs. the bid I had from Syntrol.
