The company that put in our "fancy dancey" system 10 years ago didn't even have time to talk on the phone - they did put us on an unknown time-frame waiting list though. We needed a new AC and it was Jeff again with his kind heart, professionalism and excellent service to install a new AC before the next hot spell this week.
Cannot say enough about Jeff and his staff. He is the greatest! I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Jeff, Mike and Jerrod at Value Heating and Air. Jeff was highly recommended by a family member and since my usual HVAC person was not available we called Jeff.

I called Value Heating & Air for an estimate to install new air conditioner. Jeff came over within 2 days to check everything out. Due to the fact that my present unit was over 15 years old and after talking to Jeff I went with a new unit installation. Within a few days He called me back and we set up a date for the installation. They were very professional during the entire installation. The installation was completed within 1 day. They were prompt in the start time and cleaned up when they were done. I would have given them more stars if I could. Highly recommend them.

I had a fantastic experience with Value Heating and Air and would strongly recommend them. When we moved into our new (old) 1920s home, we knew the HVAC system was very old and we weren't sure how much longer it would last. (For reference: the A/C condenser was from the 1970s). When the furnace and A/C went out, I called Jeff Gota at Value and he came out to check the system and give me an estimate. He works with SMUD so he was able to give us an estimate for a new system, with a rebate, financed through SMUD. The installation went well - his guys were polite, prompt, and cleaned up well. And,
