These guys are great! We had a tenant call us saying that their heater wasn't working and that they had visitors coming from Tokyo that afternoon. I called many companies but Gavin was the only one who listened and went out of his way to fit us into his busy day. When he arrived he quickly diagnosed the situation and got the heater running again. His price was very reasonable and I recommend him very highly. Thanks Gavin!

Working with Gavin was a pleasure. All of the work he did for me on my "new" house purchased with a fha 203k which included a renovation loan for fixer-uppers, passed all the inspections from the city and the loan people with Flying Colors. He pays close attention to detail and seems very knowledgeable, especially about the heating system. Everything was done with thought, experienced skill and care.
