Overall, excellent company. Would highly recommend to others looking for HVAC installation. I will probably be asking them to do my mini split installation.
We went with them because they did an excellent installation job on a new HVAC system at my sister's place. We got Trane XL181 2 stage and S9V for the 2 stage furnace. Not top of the line for Trane. All you need is some middle of the line product and you're good. Their pricing is very competitive and negotiable. Our current hvac system was on its' last legs and it was about 15 years old. Wonderful experience! My HVAC unit died and Ken and his crew came out within 2 hours of my call. He quickly located the issue and had to source a new part. Within less than 24 hours heat was flowing back into the house. What a polite, helpful, and personable group. Cost was very reasonable and they didn't talk down to me as as been my experience with other companies over the years. Would highly recommend Pacific Heat & Air.
