Horrible experience! My home warranty assigned my AC issue to Hoyt mechanical. Two young men showed up to troubleshoot what was going on. After going on the roof and cleaning out the heat pump that was pooling water they asked to look at my zone control board.For some reason they rewired my zone control and told me everything was fixed. As they were leaving heat was pouring out the vents. I told them we had a problem and do not leave. Cold air was on when they arrived and after they rewired it was hot. They got the owner on the phone for help. The owner told me I needed a new zone control for

Renee, Hoyt Mechanical Scheduler was "AWESOME!!" She called me twice on Monday, July 26, 2021 to try to schedule the service call for the same day that she called me. I called her back in the afternoon on Monday, July 26, 2021 and she was very pleasant to talk to. She was professional, very positive and very customer focused. She managed to send a service tech by on Monday afternoon, July 26, 2021 which was fantastic!! They have a good customer service! They would do their best to schedule an appointment with you in their best ability! Both Tom and Robert are really reliable and knowledgeable technicians; they helped to fix my AC and where was another problem, they tried to come back on the next day to get the job done! I had just moved into my new home purchase and HVAC quit working in a few days. Thankfully, I had purchased a home warranty which was most helpful. The home warranty assigned Hoyt Mechanical to my request. Rebecca's, the Scheduler called within a couple of hours. Unfortunately, we were in the middle of a heat wave. First appointment was between 3 - 7 on Friday in four days. I explained I had just moved and had no refrigerator, washer, dryer nor microwave and now no a/c. Danny at Hoyt Mechanical is a lifesaver! Our air conditioning went out Thursday and it has been so hot in our house. I had to go through our home warranty and with it being a holiday weekend I was out of luck. My warranty advised me today Hoyt would be here tomorrow (Tue) but to call and confirm time. I called and Danny answered he said they would be here tomorrow then he said you know what I'm going to come over now. They were great! It was a home warranty issue - the AC wasn't working and it was going to be in the 90s that week. I filed the ticket on a Sunday night, they called at 7:30am the next morning before they were even open. I got on the schedule for that morning. Danny came and diagnosed the problem immediately! We had AC back up and running shortly thereafter!

Hoyt was sent to us by our home warranty when we couldn't get our furnace to turn on. Hoyt determines that BOTH of the thermostats died at exactly the same time, and replaced both (when maybe it was really a mother board problem... or really, who knows?) Then any time we tried to turn the furnace/heat on, the AC unit would also come on (no, it's NOT a heat pump) and both would run at the same time. Long story short, Hoyt came out a few times. The AC quit coming on... well now it's AC time of year and the darn thing won't turn on. I have had NOTHING but problems with my whole

He explained why the old system was not working efficiently. He reworked/enlarged our intake ducting to allow the new 5 ton HVAC installed to perform as it was designed

These guys are champs! The AC went out at my Dad's home, where he lives alone and was just diagnosed with Stage 3 Blood and Bone cancer. Hoyt wasn't going to be able to come out for 5 days. They offered to put us on a cancellation list. I don't know who pulled what strings or called in what favors, but Renee (sp) at Hoyt called me back and said they were going to be able to get out same day!! THANK YOU HOYT MECHANICAL!! Danny Hoyt and his team are number 1 in my books. Danny rescued us several times when my air went out during the summer. He kept our 20 year old unit running until I could replace it. Once I was prepared to replace it, he then beat out several other bidders for the job. His team was in and out with a completely new system installed very quickly. Answered all our questions, could arrange financing, was clean and respectful of my time and home.

Danny Hoyt and team were exceptional, special shout out to Tom. They recently installed a HVAC unit for our home and the quality of service, install and post customer service was awesome. This company was dispatched by my home warranty to check our air conditioner which had stopped working during a heat wave of multiple triple digit days. We had guessed it was the fan that needed replacing since the unit ran but the fan would stop after a short time, thus pushing warm air into the house.
The guy came out and stated the fan needed replacing but because our unit was too old he couldn't read the part specs so would call around the next morning to find the part. He didn't even pull the part to take with him to match at a parts distributor! If you can't read the specs

I have used HOYT for various repairs in recent years at my rental property. They have always done a good job ( pre-sale and post-sale) and at very reasonable price.
Last year at the peak of the summer heat, my AC unit broke down and couldn't get anybody out because there were many others also affected by the heat. The company owner, Danny, responded to my inquiry and was able to squeeze me in. I liked how he took my issues seriously after the service when I showed him some minor misplacement of the wires ( cosmetic, not mechanical issue). He came back the next day first thing in the morning

Danny, Tom, Tyler, and Jason (with some help from inspector Roger) just finished an all-day installation of a new unit to replace our 42-year-old system. They did such a great job! There were a couple of surprises along the way -- normal for a house from 1950 -- and they took it all in stride. Everything was explained in advance, all the costs were known, I got reminder texts for the appointment a few days before, they called on the day of the appointment, they arrived on time, all the paperwork was carefully explained, and they cleaned up after everything.
