Markley managed the complete remodel/reconstruction/renovation of our house on Casey Key. ALL surfaces inside and out were either replaced or resurfaced. Numerous living areas were completely re-purposed with construction finalized in 2018. All tradesmen were of the highest quality and overseen every single step of the way. The results are beyond our wildest dreams and we believe Markley Construction to be the best of the best in the Sarasota area.

Relocating to Sarasota brought many challenges - mainly redoing areas of a home we purchased in a high end community. Brett and his team were referred to us by our decorator and we could not be happier with the results. Brett transformed two bathroom from outdated to stunning!! He knew immediately what needed to be done and other than choose a few fixtures they worked their magic. It was a pleasure to have them in my home. We purchased a beautiful high-end home but we wanted to remodel the front entrance. We worked with Dan and Brett from Markley construction to do the remodel.
