Mike, Juan and the team did a fantastic job painting our big old house. Very professional and collaborative approach to planning with flexibility to make adjustments as needed. Their colorist Kerry was also great and helped me find just the right shades. Most importantly the quality of the work was excellent - the prep, repairs, painting and cleanup! Well done all around. We highly recommend Good Deeds!

After attempting to fix the leaky shower they installed on three separate occasions, we were left today with an open ceiling that they are refusing to close after being told they would not take responsibility for the leak because they couldn't recreate it. While opening the ceiling they nicked an electrical wire and responded that my husband should just help them out and fix it because he's an electrician. They also began the job with scratching our hardwoods floors, freshly painted walls and banisters. When we asked for it to be fixed they replied that it was no problem they would

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I was shocked to actually read good reviews because we were extremely disappointed. Please don't be fooled by this guy. He took our good faith deposit and promised work to begin within 3 weeks. We never heard back from him until I finally reached out and he agreed to start 12 weeks later. Within the 1st week, his workers only showed up 2 of the 7 days. Bottom line - Mike Checko is unreliable. He was happy to take $3500 of our money upfront but clearly did not deliver on his promise to deliver quality work and service. He has also told us that he has no

Mike and his team member Jim did an absolutely fabulous job on our kitchen cabinets. Mike could not have done a better job with handling all of our questions and concerns about painting our cabinets and what the final look would be like. We even called him a few days prior to our project and asked him if we could switch the paint colors and he was more than happy to do so.
He took a great idea my husband and I had about our dream kitchen and made it come to life!

We have hired various workers in the past (painters, a general contractor to renovate our basement, etc) and Mike, the owner of Good Deeds, was the most pleasant to work with. Good Deeds Painting was an excellent choice! We had quite a few quotes for our large church children’s center but GD Painting came in where we needed AND thoroughly explained the job back to us so we all knew what was happening. Their customer service was fantastic and responsive (because we changed our minds a few times during the paint job).
