I got three estimates to have a large silk floss tree removed from my property because it had roots that were causing problems for my patio.
Pope Tree Service came in at a much better price than the others I called.
They told me that the men would be at my home at 11:00 am, but they arrived around 10:45 am. And, they were FAST! I could not believe how fast they got that big tree down, as well as what was left of an old plum tree, and a stump in the front that was left from a eucalyptus tree that had been taken down about 20 some years ago. And when they were finished, they did an excellent job

From the first time we contacted Pope Tree Service, it was a pleasant experience. Paul came back three times during the course of our trimming, just to see how the job was going, and answer any questions we had. We used Pope Tree Service for the trimming of our oak trees. The crew was very professional, knowledgeable, on time, and very hard workers. While the trees were being trimmed, one of the workers noticed we had an infestation of bugs that would eventually kill the trees. These guys are awesome! After my recent experience, I wouldn't considering using anyone else but Pope Tree Service. I've used other tree companies in Ramona / Julian area in the past years and even on a good day, those "other guys" are par at best (if you're lucky)! What I liked most about my experience was, my appointment was scheduled right away. I didn't have to wait weeks or even months like I did with the "other guys" to get my trees trimmed. We recently purchased a house with a large, not maintained, backyard of Eucalyptus trees and knew we needed to keep it both safe and clean. I have been thoroughly satisfied with the work done by Pope Tree service. Adam was the crew leader on all three jobs they did for me, and was very careful, professional and responsive to my requests. I could not be more pleased.
Pope’s pricing was competitive with other services who bid on the jobs. The one job for which they were more expensive was made simpler (no need to have SDGE perform a power disconnect) and faster by having a bucket truck.
