We had a great experience with The Screen Shop from start to finish. Carl came out to give us a quote and was very easy to work with. Our patio screen arrived within the timeframe promised and Danny did a great job on the installation!! We are very pleased with our screen and highly recommended Carl and his team at The Screen Shop! We will be using them again in the future for sure!

They installed a new screen patio a couple years back and did a good job. About a year ago we had them put all new windows in our condo and was disappointed to find broken glass from the old windows in the shrubs by the windows and also in the slider tracks of our hurricane shutters. I’m still finding broken glass to this day. In addition they damaged the wall of our master bedroom where a new window went in with a large gash in the sheet rock which had to be repaired and painted. They never said a word about it. Just left it as is. I am pricing all new sliders but won’t use them.

We got an estimate in February and practically hounded the company just asking to schedule the work, with a variety of inconsistent responses, all just putting us off and promising one thing or another within a couple of weeks each time, with absolutely no follow-up of any kind. We even went into the shop and asked if we could put down a deposit and asking to be put on the installation schedule. They said "that's not how we work". The end result is we lost the entire season and ended up working with a company who is professional and follows up.

Very dissatisfied and wouldn't even give them a star but I had to to write this review.
Showed up at 11:35 on a Saturday and their store is closed. I wasn't the only customer, there were two others who showed up and were disappointed. Don't set a time for closing if you aren't going to follow it. Very unfortunate and do not recommend. Go somewhere else.

After constant phone calls back and forth we were ultimately told it was our fault the screen was not staying put and we would have to pay more for them to come out and fix their mistakes. I currently have two professionals working on the screen who both stated the current screen was installed backwards AND held with the wrong spleen size. Glad we finally asked someone else to come out and check out the job, we knew we were not the ones in the wrong!

Screen Shop built our new screen enclosure with a 12x26 picture window. It could not have been done any better. The quality of the material is top shelf as was the workmanship. This is one of many jobs they have done here at our home. We have been very satisfied to have a quality contractor doing the work here.

Screen Shop did an amazing job fixing my Pool Screen Enclosure. I initially thought about replacing a few panels but Carl did an outstanding job educating me about my options and for a very reasonable price, Screen Shop replaced all my Pool Screen Enclosure Walls with the “Super Screen” product which resists significant impact (ideal for active children or animals). They even replaced my Screen Door Hardware and all base level Anchor Screws making sure my Screen Enclosure was secure. I have used this company before for hurricane shutter & window installation. Overall satisfactory with some bumps in the road. We just used them for a third time on a smaller job and were pleased with their scheduling, professional installation & follow up after the job was completed. They are striving to correct any weakness in customer satisfaction that happen in the past.

Called them a week ago and they scheduled me for few weeks in advance. They called me again a few days ago and told me they had to reschedule for late August for a simple screen installment. It was completely ridiculous. I did some research, and come to find out, the owner doesn't even own his own license, he buys his contracting license from some other guy!!!

After being a customer for 25 plus years I called them to get an estimate on about 15 screen panels to replace and two metal bars to reattach. Came back with a price of
$13,499.00!!!!
Are you kidding me? Talk about taking advantage of people after a storm. The guy wasn't here 15 minutes to measure. Last time I call them. Plenty of screen shops in palm each county. Handymen too.

I had them put a pool enclosure around our pool and it didn't fit right. It appears they can't measure they blamed it on engineers. Part of the screen wasn't attached Had to call them back it took forever. Screws started rusting within 6mo. They used a power drill to screw bolts in a didn't set drill properly and they bent all aluminum. Had them put sliders on back porch a set of three and screw that up to. Glass scratch frame scratches didn't take out old track as per contract. Doors don't fit right they blamed it on the house said it wasn't square. So I said

I should have known better. We had used the Screen Shop many times before, but during Hurricane Francis in 2004 all of the screens in our screen room blew out and when we asked Screen Shop for an estimate they said $2,500.00 take it or leave it. It was a busy time for roofers and screen people after the hurricanes. We got it done by someone else for $537.00 because they didn't take advantage of people after a storm like Screen Shop did, I guess.
This is Thursday, I called them on Monday because I had forgotten the hurricane incident, I guess and they said I would be the last customer yesterday
