It is Sunday, probably the worse day to need D&D’s assistance. But, we woke up to a partially flooded basement due to the sewer being plugged. The village responded and we learned that the blockage was between the house and the street. Called D&D and they (Dillon) were here very soon after. Polite, knowledgeable, and professional. Ran the camera down the drain, and then the high pressure water hose. Drain cleared. I could not be more pleased. I highly recommend D&D Drain Cleaning!!!!!!!!!

Made an emergency call for a business and they responded swiftly and professionally. Dylan was on call and very pleasant. Will definitely call again for any drainage issues.

When they say 24/7 on call service they mean it! Had an issue with our kitchen sink on a Saturday evening and they came out and fixed it right away.

What a shi++y night! After a month of 5 extra family members staying with us we walked into a surprise in one of the bathrooms. Toilet spewing water and shower backed up with gray water. Sent a text to Dylan of D & D Drain Service and they were out within minutes to snake out the problem. They were in and out in less than 1/2 hour! Now if the relatives were in and out that quick...🤣

These guys came to me when no one else would even call me back. Got these in 45 minutes, diagnosed my old cast iron pipes as still in good shape. They cleaned it all and packed up. VERY CLEAN. These guys saved me thousands. They’ve got all my future plumbing plans. 5 ⭐️

We were told we needed to replace our cast iron pipes from the home to the septic. Dan came out within an hour, ran the camera down through the pipes, and said the pipes were fine. He cleaned them out thoroughly showing me the camera view each time to show progress. Wrapped up quickly, did an amazing job cleaning up after himself and reset the toilet to ensure there wouldn't be leaks. GREAT SERVICE and so responsive. Saved the day for my family!

We had amazing service from Dan. We called 3 different plumbers and no one could help us with our clogged kitchen sink. He came over on short notice and took his time trying to figure out solutions for our problem before he even started checking the drain. He was so nice and did an amazing job. Had a plugged sewer line and anytime we flushed sewer came through the access cap in the basement. D&D responded instantly on a Sunday morning after calls to many others were never answered or returned. Prices were better than other emergency rates. They put a camera down the drain to verify they had the problem completely fixed. They let me see what they were seeing on the camera. I have complete confidence in D&D. I hope I never have another emergency, but if I do, they will be the one I call!

Dan was great. Absolutely incredible service, I called in the morning for backed up lines and he came out the same afternoon. He took the extra effort to make sure my sewer lines were completely clear of tree roots!

Dan is wonderful. I work for a brewery so we have drain clogs somewhat regularly. Every time we have needed him he shows up, and is always able to quickly identify the root problem and solutions. Highly recommended.

Responded quickly to an emergency call on a holiday weekend. What we thought was just a clogged drain turned out to be a bigger issue, but D&D got us up and running the same day, even coordinated the repairs with the septic pumper.
