When you call us, we'll make an initial site visit to meet you and become familiar with your proposed project.
On this visit we can do some preliminary value engineering to determine the project feasibility or recommend a more cost effective solution. The next critical step is to create an excellent design. We can recommend a talented design professional or work with your architect or designer. When the design work is finished, we'll do a budget analysis and projected cost to verify that the project feasibility.

Richard Ham is the president, owner and license holder for Richard Ham Construction, Inc. Richard moved to the area in 1974 to attend Eckerd College. While in college, to save living expenses, he decided to buy an old house in Gulfport, to live in and remodel. With floors that rolled like waves and a roof with so many holes the sky was clearly visible from within, the house was definitely in need of some TLC.
Thank you for all of your help on creating our beautiful haven on the shore. You are a really talented contractor and I hope we can work on some even bigger and more gorgeous projects in the future.
