I used Randy about 5 yrs ago, he put in a whole new HVAC system in my house & i was happy with the service & the price. But.........then last week my furnace started acting up & i gave Randy a call. He asked me about my thermostat,last year i got a Google nest smart thermostat. He said those are no good that it sounded like the battery on the thermostat needed to be charged & that should fix my problem. So i followed his instructions & charged the google nest for 40 min on my phone charger. When i put it back together & started up the furnace it still didn't work right. It would run for about 30

We called Randy last night at 7:30pm receiving a call back in less than 5 minutes. Randy came out today (ON HIS BIRTHDAY) and fixed our issues (THANK GOODNESS FOR HEAT). He was incredibly knowledgeable, talkative, and extremely nice. Happy Birthday Randy and thanks for the help! We will be sure to suggest you to anyone in the future!

My electric bill jumped $330 last month and I called Randy Heating and Cooling. He fit me in the same day to come take a look. He discovered my heating and cooling were running at the same time! A part was needed but he disconnected the bad part so my bill wouldn't keep climbing and then came back the following week to fix. My bill dropped down to $195 and I was so thankful. The owner was honest and very accommodating, even with his busy schedule. Definitely like working with a small local business, especially one with 30 years experience. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Randy’s heating and cooling to everyone. We had an issue with the air conditioner not working right and he came out to see what was wrong the next day. He is a very down to earth small town businessman and cares about his clients. His prices are extremely affordable and doesn’t try and price gouge you. If any other problems arise in the future(hopefully it doesn’t) I will definitely use his services again!!!!!!
