Bill has over 30 years of construction related experience. His legacy in the building industry extends back to teaching high school woodworking, carpentry and drafting before becoming a partner in a scenic design company in 1985. In addition to his B.A. degree in Industrial Education, Bill also holds a General Contractor license and a Landscape Contractor license.
