Statewide windows caused damage to my home during the installation of my doors and windows and refused to take responsibility for it; My walls were intact prior to the installation. I have posted actual pictures of what my home looked like after the installation:
1). cracked window (installed cracked without saying anything)
2). damage to all my door frames
3). cut wire from the door frame which was left exposed.
After the installation, the workers left without saying anything to me. I had to contact the manager about the damages; At first, he said someone would come look at the cut wire; A

I highly recommend statewide windows and doors. Emilio and his crew were very professional,respectful and did an amazing job! John the owner is very kind and showed up to the job and was here for a while. That meant a lot to me.I love my windows and my door. They also have an amazing salesperson his name is Dalton. The work team just left, awesome experience. I called the office before they even left to let them know how happy I was with everything.There is no "I" in this team. Your guys work efficiently, cohesive in every way. They all work together so well, and in less than six hours my new windows and slider were installed, and old materials cleaned up and the inside of the house had no signs that they had even been there (just a little dust!) Not to mention this was all accomplished while raining and extremely humid. Respectful,they also took great care in protecting my furniture and belongings, a pleasure

The crew was very professional, courteous, very clean, clearly explained the entire process. The windows are beautiful noise canceling and the installation was seamless. The crew cleaned everything spotless we never even knew they were there. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

We hired these people to do our windows, and upon a major life changing factor, we decided to cancel the windows. Our $5000 deposit was never refunded to us, and now the company is acting like they do not know us. They will not give our money back. Its been nearly 4 months, and no one has helped us get our money back. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT TAKING YOUR MONEY.

The worst company to make business with. To sell the windows I was told the permit will take 14 days and after that one day installation. The company gave us a day to star the job. Never showed up never call to let me know and when finally call i had to canceled a fly and pay to change my ticket, after did that the company did not came the day I was told. I had to go to NY and left someone in charge. Shavel wilson was the person in charge everytime I had to call them and her favorite word was sorry. They send the wrong measurement and one of my windows was bigger which lead to breaking my wall

Statewide did our impact windows and doors earlier this year. We couldn’t be happier with the quality, the company and the staff. They always replied quickly when we had a question and came out to do the job extremely fast. I was surprised how quickly they were able to install everything! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to update their home.
