Have used Donnie at Zobec Construction and roofing for several roof repairs over the past couple years. Donnie is always professional , very knowledgeable , honest , friendly and most important he gets the job done right! On top of all that the pricing is fair and very competitive and you will get an honest assessment of what your roof actually needs. Both of the jobs were leak repairs in different parts of the roof and he diagnosed and fixed the leaks with no issues afterwards. Absolutely the most professional tile roof work that I have ever seen. Their organization provided one of three estimates for a complete removal, repair and reinstallation of our roof tile. The estimate was clear concise and on point. Work began as promised, the crew arrived and wasted no time getting started. I AM DELIGHTED! Donnie (owner) actually answered the phone himself. I know that's good since I have called numerous roofers and usually get someone who knows nothing.....takes my number and never hear from them.
My job was small...one tile pulled off by a tree during a storm. Donnie had me send him pictures. I already had the product info (from builder) so he went to the distributor, picked it up, along with 3 tiles for future need, and installed the next day. Bless his heart! It took and hour, plus he walked the roof and took care of some other tiles. He came quickly and was efficient

I was having some issues with a couple different leaks at my home. Donnie ended up coming by and taking a look at the problems I was having. He went through the trouble of diagnosing the leaks with a garden hose and after realizing it was a not a roof issue but a door issue he even gave me some recommendations of what could be done for the problem even though it was outside His scope of work. I will definitely keep his number on hand for future Roofing related problems, an honest contractor can be hard to come by!

Finally a great roofing company! We worked with Donnie and he got back to us quickly after we reached out, came out within a day or so, provided a very reasonable estimate, and then fixed everything right on schedule. He provided documentation on all the repairs made including a warranty on the work, which we were able to pass on to our new homeowners. We will definitely contact Zobec again for any roofing needs!

Donnie from Zobec Construction came out ASAP and fixed a bunch of roof tiles on our roof. I'm happy with the service I received from Donnie and Zobec Construction and will always turn to them for all my roofing needs. These guys are truly honest and care about doing the job right the first time around. I was able to take a few before and after photos as well. I was hesitant at first to go with Zobec because they are new to Yelp and had no reviews when I decided to schedule them. Donnie said they have not been on Yelp and are just starting out (not in business, but Yelp), but would love to win my business to show the community what great services they offer. I can't say enough about our experience with Donnie and Zobec. From the beginning, he was responsive and very reasonable. They blew us away in all aspects of the roofing job. Zero complaints. Would absolutely use them again and refer them to anyone who needs roofing work done on their house. It is VERY HARD to find a contractor as friendly, responsible and respectful as Donnie and Zobec.
