I can't say enough good things about them. It had been several years since I'd been to Second Hand Sam but they remembered me and the type of business I own. Their customer service is fantastic - they treat you like family and truly take the time to work with you to find what's best for your needs. If I could put negative stars, I would. Richard Burnside is the shadiest person ever. DO NOT use any of his "services"!!!!! Him and his "men" reeked of weed and probably other drugs when they arrived 3 HOURS LATE!!! They broke my antique furniture and disappeared!! He is the worst "businessman" I've ever encountered!!! All his companies are a shady, horrible businesses. Customer service is non existent!!! He is a shady joke and I would stay far away from anything he owns or touches!!!!!!!

I cannot say enough good things about all the guys at Second Hand Sam's! I walked in looking for an office chair , right away they welcomed me asked me what I was looking for and let me sit on every chair , answered any questions! It did not take long for me to find the right chair , the price was incredible for the quality of the office chair I took home! I quickly checked out, they loaded the chair in my car (do not have to assemble which is the best part) !Highly recommend !

Excellent service, knowledgeable and courteous. Very reasonable pricing. When I started looking in the warehouse, I found one item immediately, then I described the other items I was needing, the sales person knew just what to show me, taking me directly to the right spot in the massive warehouse for each of the other items. Wide variety of items in inventory, affordable prices. Very impressed with the owner who spoke with me over the phone before I drove out. He took the time to understand my needs and sent me additional pictures to help with my selection. Very friendly staff, family atmosphere. Wonderful people, wonderful selection, wonderful experience! I'll never go anywhere else after finding this great resource. Prices are very competitive. I expected my morning to be a boring trip for office furniture, but it was the highlight of my week. Super-friendly staff made it fun and with so much variety their expertise made my search for specific pieces very fast. I was surprised that they wrapped everything and loaded it for me-great service! I was in-and-out in 30 minutes with a trailer full of great stuff. They also deliver for people who need/prefer that.
