I run a commercial repair company. Hoffman was scheduled to spray for wasps at one of our locations. They did not show up for the scheduled appointment. For three days, they did not respond to calls. When they did finally respond, Colene stated her techs had quit and she would schedule when she hired a new tech. Another week Corporate called Hoffman and complained about the timeframe. She told them she had a new tech and all I had to do was call. When I called with the new appointment time, the tech stated he might make it, and he might not. For several days, he refused to confirm availability

I have a home inspection service, a client of mine recently had her annual termite inspection performed by Hoffman.She specifically asked the inspector if the crawl space was dry. He assured her it was. During my inspection I found moisture at multiple places and active mold growing throughout. Bugs and moisture go hand in hand, so this should not have been overlooked. I find it hard to believe that anyone even got in the crawl space.
