John repaired my toilet and i cannot say enough good things about this man, not only is he a great plumber but very efficient and his prices are reasonable and he will carry on a conversation while working which is important cause i like to talk.I'm sure you will not be dissapointed .

Mr Burns returned my call promptly and came out the next day to assess my problem. He was knowledgable, respectful, and showed compassion for the hardship this issue had caused my family for the past week (while the first plumber I'd called had kept me waiting). Mr. Burns suggested an alternative that was much more economical than the first plumber's estimate, and found the true source of the problem (that the first plumber had misdiagnosed). He fixed my issues that same day. I could not be more happy! I only wish we had called him first!

At the top of John Burns' web site are the words; "Honest. Reliable. Dependable." They are a perfect, if incomplete, summing up of John's approach to his work. The only thing missing from that description is "Knowledgeable" because John certainly knows what he is doing and how to do it in the most competent and efficient manner. I will gladly recommend him to anyone in need of plumbing services and I believe his business most certainly rates a 5 out of 5 rating.

Mr. Burns was prompt and courteous in handling my plumbing issue. We had a cast iron pipe that had corroded over time and was leaking water from the kitchen sink into the basement. Mr. Burns was responsive, provided a timely estimate and showed up when he said he would. My recent experience with contractors of various practices tells me that someone who is at least responsive and shows up to do the work is someone to be valued. He had our plumbing issue fixed in one day and barely stopped to take lunch! He did the work we agreed upon and to date, there are no drainage issues with anything he replaced

John installed a new hot water heater for us. We needed the job done quickly since we had family coming into town for Thanksgiving and he worked us into his schedule. He did the work efficiently and was a pleasure to talk with as well. We asked him if he would look at our toilets as well and he fixed those. We are very happy with the quality of work, price and service and will call him again for future plumbing needs.

John actually called back and showed up on time (unlike most local plumbers), then removed a bathroom vanity/pipes, repaired a pressure valve and replaced a couple of ancient outside hose faucets, all without any major issues and within a couple of hours. Fair price and work appears of a good quality, as of a week later. Highly recommended and will happily do business with again.
