Did excellent work. I used a previous service but they left large dark spots so decided to try Master Services (Luis) due to the great reviews. Well, our carpet is now clean, no more dark spots. Will only use Luis from now on. Having tried many previous carpet cleaning companies over the years, from large national names to local businesses, none compare to the excellent job Luis did. I highly recommend him!

Just purchased my first home. Carpets were dirty left by owners. Other carpet cleaners were gonna charge 3x the price they charged, to make it worse they were gonna have me wait at average 10 days to get the appointment. Not Luis though, told me he could do same day and was on time. Luis seriously turned around my carpet and made it look brand new. Very good guy, if you are looking for a fair price and respectful professional business, definitely recommend him. Wish I would have taken pics so I would post but you won’t regret hiring them :)

Had cabinets & and walls painted as well as carpet cleaned and couldn't be happier. Luis and his crew didn't just slap a coat of paint on the walls. They took the time to repair and prep the walls and by the time they were done the walls looked fabulous. Cabinets look fantastic and carpet is looking good as new. Very friendly, quick to communicate, and all around pleasant to work with. I'd recommend Master Services to anyone.

I couldn't give a stronger recommendation! Charlotte is a booming city, so finding someone that can reliably help you out at a fair price can be tricky. These guys were prompt, did a great job in communicating the work that needed to be done (sink re-attached to the granite), and fixing the problem. Highly recommend using them for any needs you have around your home!

Luis is very quick to respond to messages. He did an excellent job cleaning the carpets in the house we were moving into and everything smelled wonderful when he was done. He even worked with us to move our appt a day out when the closing date changed. I will definitely use him again.

Luis was responsive to my messages and it was easy to find a day and time that worked for both us. He texted me when they where on their way (as we had agreed to) and showed up right on time. They were professional, fast and most importantly did a great job cleaning the carpets.
After having them clean the carpets I decided to make carpet cleaning a semi-annual or quarterly service for overall maintenance and upkeep of the house and I will be using Master Services.
Again, I highly recommend Luis and Master Services!

Luis came early, finished early, and did an amazing job! He was very friendly to work with, and was very meticulous about his work. He even offered me some foot covers when he saw me walking around without shoes while he was working. The rates are very affordable and the work done was anything you would expect from a bigger name business such as Stanley Steamers. I would highly recommend this business!
