Titan did a completely replaced & relocation of our HVAC system to the attic of our townhome in about 4 days, replacing the unit from the 1970's. Great crew and work ethic! We had them back to replace a bad batch of thermostats and to perform a the annual service. They have been kind and professional each visit we have had.

We have a home warranty, so when our AC wasn't cooling properly, we put in a service call. Their technician determined it had a Freon leak and needed the evaporator coil replaced. The warranty company quoted us a very high price that we would be responsible for. Our system is 21 years old, so we decided to get some additional opinions. Unfortunately our AC unit failed on a super hot week. We reached out to Titan Air based on a recommendation and they were fantastic! No one wasted time, worked all the time, didn't stand around on cell phones.
They were very willing to answer questions and I asked many.
Worked very clean and solved problems as they came up, with no delays.
We had all of the old ducting removed and replaced, a new 5 ton air-conditioner and new heating system. The new unit is very quiet and has two fan speeds for more efficiency.

Had Titan Air change out my almost 40 year old furnace and AC unit end of 2020. Mark was more than patient with me. He came out to put in a bid and it took me a bit of time to get comfortable to decide on what to do. It's a big investment and not a decision I can make quickly. The Titan team was great to work with and we are enjoying the wonderful AC. Mark, the owner, helped us out with the planning process. The process was relaxed and stressed-free. Our system was very old and had not been updated for more than 30 years. Our house also just added an additional room and extended out the house so Mark's recommendation and considerations were spot on. Titan is awesome. There response times are really good. Recently our tenant reported their heater wasn't working. Sam was out the next day and had it up and running in no time. Would highly recommend Titan to other.

Highly recommend Titan for any of your HVAC needs! Recently went through them to have my old/leaking ducts replaced. Price was reasonable and quality of work was superb! Very professional and polite. Had the job done in one day which included having asbestos removed in my attic (by another company they recommended and coordinated with).They kept there work area clean by wearing shoe covers and laying down a walkway. Initially I was planning to have my whole AC system replaced, but after noticing my attic was colder than my house while the AC was running, I knew I had a problem with the ducts. Ryan

I was loyal to another company who provided service for our A/C units for years. We recently had our upstairs unit stop working and called that company to come and check things out. When they came out, they said we needed a new unit and quoted us thousands of dollars.
Before committing, I decided to contact a few other companies for comparison and came across Titan. They sent Chip over to take a look, and within 30 mins he diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within the hour (replaced a solenoid on the unit)! Titan saved us thousands as a result!
