Been in the construction for 20 years. I've dealt with commercial doors and hardware's so many many times from different vendors and brands. I gave american doors a try because their quote was $600 less than their competitor, totalling over $1,800.00 worth of products purchase in just one of my projects.
Salesman was nice at the beginning... (Like always) after i paid for the order days went by (and u know the rest).. Change of orders made it worse because of wrong hardwares. Bottom line is...

We had a lot of pressure completing the work order which took us a month or so because of the service we were provided by American Doors.
