I highly recommend Tony and Precision HVAC for installation of a mini split ductless heat pump and air conditioning system.
Everything went smoothly from start to finish.
Tony is extremely organized, efficient, clean and reliable.
The heat has been on now for a few hours and my home is super comfortable with even heat and I can hardly hear it!
I look forward to the same level of comfort when it's really hot and the AC is on.

Gideon and Tony were amazing! They were super responsive and a pleasure to work with. They come out on an emergency call when our air conditioner broke on the same day. They located the components to replace the units quickly and installed it within days saving our summer! I highly recommend them!

I highly recommend using Precision HVAC! I had them install 3 ductless mini-split units. From my initial outreach for a quote through the day the work was done, communication was terrific. While the work was being done, I was home and could not believe how neat and tidy everything was kept. I plan to switch all my HVAC servicing to them moving forward because I don’t think you can beat this level of service and all at a fair price!!

I hired Precision HVAC to install a complete heating system in my home last year. Tony was easy to communicate with, clean, professional and immensely helpful in choosing the right system and ducting layout for my home. With so many choices, i felt like Tony took a lot of the work off my plate in making my decision. I went with a natural gas furnace and an ac unit which share a ducting system. It's quiet, efficient and looks great. The house is old and tiny and while renovating i was adamant that all the ducts needed to be hidden and specific about where the vents could go. We purchased a three level townhouse, with one zone and a thirty plus year old furnace and AC unit. The basement had been finished later and was poorly done with duct work going through walls and weird boxes annexed on the ceiling. Our bedroom and basement were freezing or had little or no heat at all last winter.
We hired Tony to replace the furnace, and he suggested a heat pump instead of AC for the cooling and heating. We also wanted four zones instead of one to better control all levels of the townhouse. This was a challenging job and also happened in the middle of a pandemic shutdown.

We tried 3 different local companies With no luck, before calling this one. We were called back immediately and within a week, only because they had to order the unit, we had A/C! It was the hottest day of the year and Tony and Gideon didn’t stop until it was Complete! The most professional but personal people I have ever used and will never use another! I can’t say Thank You enough!! I would give 100 stars ⭐️ if that was an option!!

We couldn't be happier with the level of expertise and professionalism that Tony brought to our project. To say the least, it was a complicated challenge. We had our 30 year old steel boiler replaced with a new Weil McLain high efficiency cast iron unit. Tony was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. He spent extra time up front helping us with the unit selection and completed the job within one day! His work is very neat, clean, and professional. I'm very happy with the service I received. My A/C unit stopped working due to a part that failed. They had it up and running again in no time. Very professional and respectful of my home. We had our 56 year old oil boiler replaced with a new gas system in Dec.2016.Tony did a great job! The entire project took just a few days. If you are considering an upgrade to gas heat this is the company you should call. They are also an approved contractor for Central Hudson,so if there are any rebates available their work is accepted.
